Hello Mr. Kinderman~
I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed meeting you. Singing and learning with you earlier today at the Michigan Early Childhood Conference was so much fun...a huge blessing for all! God has certainly blessed many educators, parents and children through using you as a tool to teach us all. He gave you a gift and you have spent your life honoring that gift and sharing it with others. I personally thank you from the bottom of my heart for that. Enjoy a blessed year~ I hope we meet again some day. If it can't be in person, than the songs you have left in my heart to be shared with others will remind me everyday "What a Wonderful World" this can be.
Blessings~ Heather Vineyard

Mr. T:
I would never presume that you would remember me. You were my art teacher at Catonsville Jr. High in the early 60's! I just wanted you to know that you are definitely remembered -- very fondly, I might add. I am part of a committee planning our 40th high school reunion -- your name was mentioned at one of our meetings eliciting stories, memories and, of course, smiles! Thank you.

August 23, 2008
Hello - hello - hello
It's been so long since I've written, however I couldn't wait one more day, to let you all know how touched I've been by all of your kind messages. Every time someone writes to me, I get a kick out of the memories that you've been sharing of the shows, or of how I've touched your lives. I'm so glad that I've made a difference for so many children - a difference for some that's lasted a life time. I'm also glad that I've got such loyal fans, friends and family. Without you I'm sure I wouldn't be as happy as I've been all these years. I can't thank you enough.
To all the children who are on their way back to school, be safe, learn a whole lot so that you can be smart, smart, smart & do the right thing no matter what, cause if you do you'll go very far in life.
I love you all!!!

Hello Kinderman!
I just want to say Thank You for being such a positive model for all of the kids. I first met you two years ago at Playwise Kids in Columbia and I brought my 7 year old and 2 year old daughters with me to see you. The 7 year old danced, sang and had a great time, but my 2 year old was a little timid and didn't want to leave my side. Funny thing is, when she got home, she started to sing your songs and dance around like crazy.
Now, whenever we see you in passing, we will always stop and greet you with a hug and a smile. Just like your song "FRIENDS", you will always be our friend. Thank you again for blessing us and all the things you do for everyone!
We Love you Kinderman!
The Lawson Family!

Every year I make 2-3 trips to some place around the world.I've traveled to all the continents and to contries and places few have dared to go.I have not found anyone that even approaches the kinderman in the abilty to mesmerize and enthall adults and children on the ideal of learning.Kinderman who sees more children than Santa Claus is indeed a national and international treasure.

We have been using the Kinderman's cd, animals song during our zoo theme... we are wondering is there anyway we could get pictures online of each animal he sings about during that song? we love it and until I make some picture cards to go along with it, we used different stuffed zoo animals to dance with and that worked out great... thanks for the music, it's great. Also, I played this cd for my own children who are 2 and 4 years old ... they loved the kinderman... who wouldn't? thanks again! Theresa

Greetings of the season and Merry Christmas to everyone. Even though it's warm here in the East Coast and it doesn't quite feel like Christmas, I'm sticking to my family tradition. Hello everybody, it's so nice to be here it's the Kinderman wishing you love and good cheer.
Wow, it's been a great fall so far. I've been all around the world it seems doing Kindercise with little people and medium sized people and big people. I've been having a blast with the folks at PlayWise Kids, visiting headstart, pre-school and elementary school programs, conducting assemblies and residency programs.
I loved being in Atlanta Georgia at the NAEYC conference a couple of weeks ago, with the Kinderfriends and all of the folks who teach the little ones.
I have to say that it's because of all the positive energy I get back from my family, friends and fans that I'm Still Kicking after all these years. I can't tell you how much that means to me - accept to say thank you, thank you, thank you!

John is like an uncle to me. I have known him since I was a small child. During my summer vacations he would pick me up every day and take me to the Arena Playhouse in Baltimore, MD to study acting, dance and various performance art techniques. I am now a 27 year old mother of three and I can still remember those wonderful summers I spent with Uncle John.
If anyone deserves to be recognized for his relentless efforts to bring joy and learning to the hearts of children, it is John "Kinderman" Taylor!!! He is an angel from God and my childhood was truly enriched by him being in my life. As he always says:
Right is Right and wrong is wrong
and both of them don't get along.
If you are right, your never wrong
and doing right will make you strong.
Right On!!!
John Taylor, you are RIGHT and I am so proud of you. Love Nicole

Thank you so much for the lovely time that you and your partner had showed my daughter and her classmates at the DOT Development Center today. We all had a blessed time. My daughter asked me if you were going to sing more songs and tell more stories and I had to explain to her that you had to go because other children had to see and listen to his stories like you did today. But I promise that we will see him again someday. What a wonderful impression that you had left with my daughter today. Thank you very much. A Very Happy Mom.

I am a LONG time fan. 20 years ago, when my daughter was about 3, I had a home childcare in Maryland. We visited the inner harbor, saw The Kinderman, and fell in love!! I have since moved to Florida, but am still teaching young children including my own grandchildren. I still have the original casette that I bought back then. I have used it for 20 years to inspire and educate many, many young children. I was so happy to search online and find your website. I ordered the CD and am anxiously waiting for it to arrive. It will be so much easier to "get around" on the soundtrack. Thanks for so many years of enjoyment!!!

Mr. Taylor - I saw the article about you in the Washington Post. You were my art teacher at Severna Park High School in 1977-1978. You were an inspiration to me then and it's delightful to know that you are still sharing your exceptional warmth and humor with other generations. What a joy to see your picture in the paper!
Best wishes to you,
Cathy
